cancelled at no additional charge as

What is your return policy? |
| |
Merchandise purchased from Hula Kids
may be returned for store credit
within 30 days of purchase. All
returns must be in like new
condition, in original packaging
with instructions and accessories.
Refunds are not issued except in the
case of defective merchandise that
we are unable to replace. Hula Kids
credit is valid from one year from
date of issue. Returns made within 7
days of receipt will not be charged
a restocking fee. All other returns
will carry a restocking fee of 15%;
items returned in less than new
condition may be subject to
additional restocking fees. |

How do I return something to you? |

If you would
like to return something to us, you
need to email us at
info@hulakid.com to
receive the return authorization
number for your product. No returns
will be accepted without our Return
Authorization Number. We will also
provide you with the appropriate
address where to ship your return.
Once we have received your package
we will inspect the contents . All
products need to be in the original
packaging. If the product is in
satisfactory condition we will
refund the appropriate amount to the
credit card you used for your origin
al purchase. Please make sure that
you include your name, address,
telephone number, order number, and
email address. |

When will my order be shipped, and
how soon will I get it? |

Standard orders will usually be shipped
three to five days from when you
place your order. All other special
orders may take 4 to 6 weeks. |

Can I have my order sent to a
different location other than my
billing address? |

Yes. When you fill out the billing
and shipping pages, you can specify
where you would like something sent,
if it's different from the billing
address. Please note, however, that
Hula Kids cannot accommodate
multiple shipping addresses. If you
want to purchases several items and
have them sent to different
addresses, you will have to make
separate purchases. Please note that
Hula Kids cannot ship to PO Boxes. |
